Three cruise ships in four days to deliver thousands of tourists to Timaru

Timaru is expected to be busy as three cruise ships arrive over the next four days, bringing thousands of visitors to the CBD and the wider region.
The Seven Seas Explorer, with a capacity for 746 passengers and 548 crew, was scheduled to arrive on Wednesday and it was to be followed on Thursday by the largest cruise ship of the season, the Norwegian Spirit, with 1972 passengers and 904 crew.
The Seabourn Quest was expected to complete the treble on Saturday with 458 passengers and about 330 crew.
