COVID-19 - Keeping our region working

Job matching - let's keep our region working

We're asking business if they have workers available who they have had to either temporarily or permanently advise they have no work for them, to get in touch, as these staff could help some of our essential services now through job matching.

We'd also like to hear from any of our essential services businesses, if they need more workers right now - these could include health services, supermarkets, food processing and manufacturing, transport and logistics or others.

If your essential business needs help or you have staff who need work, email

For businesses already working with our local employment agencies, we encourage you  to keep working with them to fill your staffing gaps.
